Position Overview
As the Social Media Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital engagement strategy, spearheading the efforts to connect with our customers through various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage and maintain all company social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create engaging content tailored to the diverse demographics of our audience.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to gauge success and optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and sales, to drive cohesive campaigns.
- Research industry trends and competitor activity to leverage insights in social media initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand reach.
- Stay updated with current social media best practices and trends to ensure we remain competitive in the digital landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
